The Online Shop is solely for use by individuals who are legally capable of placing orders and are over the age of 18

Ordering Process

When you have found the desired book, you may add it to your shopping cart without any commitment by clicking the button ‘Add to Cart’.  You may review the contents of your shopping cart any time by clicking in the shopping cart area located at the top and to the right of your screen.

Contract Conclusion.

Before placing your order, please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully. We recommend you print or download a copy for your future reference. By clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button you indicate your offer to buy the products contained in your shopping cart and that you accept that your agreement will be bound by these General Terms and Conditions.

Delivery of Goods

The shop only offers online delivery of electronic books. You must login or create an account with Amber Kell Books. Your download can be found by clicking the download link under Account. If any problems occur with the down load contact the seller at the email address below.

Prices, Taxes and Shipping Costs

There are no shipping costs; books are delivered electronically via download from our web site. The price of products, which you order from the Online Shop, will be the price valid at the time you submit your order.

The price is displayed on screen before you submit your order and in the Confirmation page. Prices are shown in US dollars.

Payment

We accept payments by credit card or Web Banking. PayPal provides this service. You can shop with confidence from us, knowing that transactions are protected at the highest level.   Please note: we will authorize your payment card at the time of your order. As part of this authorization process, your bank will place a hold on your account for the purchase amount of your order. Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments are handled in cooperation with PayPal, one of the European leaders in payment services. Your data are being processed in a secure manner, and stored in full accordance with our Privacy Policy. Depending on the acquirer of your Credit Card it is possible that you have to confirm that you are the rightful owner of the Credit Card by Web Banking. 

Warranty

Your book will be available via download from our site after payment has been made. Email us if you have any problems with your download or if you chose the wrong book format.

Liability

The Seller will be responsible for any losses you suffer as a result of it breaching these General Terms and Conditions if the losses you suffer as a result were reasonably foreseeable to both you and the Seller at the time you started using the Online Shop, or a contract for the sale of products was formed between you and the Seller. To the extent permitted by the law governing these General Terms and Conditions, the Seller will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss, even if these losses were reasonably foreseeable to both you and the Seller at the time you started using the Online Shop or when a contract for the sale of products was formed between you and the Seller. The Seller will not be responsible for circumstances beyond one’s control such as strikes, fire, and interruption in the communication systems, … or not (on time) obtaining the products from our suppliers or third parties. In all cases the liability of the Seller cannot exceed the amount you have paid for the product or service, subject of the claim.an>

The Online Shop may not be reproduced in whole or in part, transferred by electronic or conventional means, modified, linked to or used for public or commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Seller and Amber Kell Books.
